Bio: My love of fitness arose from a New Year’s resolution to ‘no longer hate running’ and I’m so glad I made it! Since then I haven’t looked back and have found a love for not only running but weight training and dance. Having just finished my A levels in English lit, Drama, Economics, Music and Dance; I am enjoying finding new ways to keep fit and challenge myself every day.
Favourite Fitness Activity: I love experimenting with different ways to improve my fitness but at the moment I’m obsessed with HIIT and weight training as I love singling out specific body areas to work on.
Guilty pleasures: Re-watching my old Disney movies on VHS…Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King and Hercules are my all time favourites.
Favourite Food: I am definitely a savoury girl but can’t resist a square or two of dark chocolate. As we head into winter, I love making homemade curries with chickpeas, lentils and lots of spice!
