What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your order online by using the following: Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Delta, Discover, Eurocard, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, including Switch and PayPal. We do not accept cheques or cash.
Why do you need my mobile number?
If your parcel is being sent standard delivery in the UK and you have supplied your mobile number, we may:
• Send you a text to let you know that your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Send you a second text the day your parcel will be delivered to notify you of the one hour window it will arrive. We will also give you the option to have your parcel delivered on an alternate day or to a neighbour.
• If we have any problems with your order we may contact you via telephone.
We will not pass on your telephone number to any third parties apart from our courier company for delivery information.
Why is it that there are things on the website that are out of stock?
We do try to keep the website up to date so that this doesn’t happen, however sometimes items sell out really quickly. When this happens we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in. We know this can be frustrating and are working hard to stop this occurring.
What is a pre-order?
Items on pre-order are usually new products that have not come to market yet. We give you the opportunity to order them before they come into stock, however you will usually have to wait a little bit longer for these items. Once pre-ordered we will write to tell you how long you will have to wait for your product.
What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

How much is postage?
There is no charge for orders for delivery within the UK over the value of £100. Orders for delivery within the UK that are under £100 will incur a £4 postage charge. The charge for Overseas Delivery is £12. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch standard orders within 2-3 working days and postage should take an additional two to three days. Dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to ten working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders.
What delivery method do you use?
We use independent carriers for most of our UK Deliveries and Royal Mail for International deliveries. For further details please see our Terms & Conditions.
What are your last Christmas order dates?
All UK delivery orders must be placed before midnight GMT on Thursday 18th December to receive your order in time for Christmas. All international orders must be placed by midnight GMT on Thursday 11th December to receive your order in time for Christmas.
What is your returns policy?
We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable and are very happy to help you choose something else or offer a full refund. For this reason we are pleased to offer a free UK returns service.
How do I return something if I need to?
When we send out your order we enclose a return form, with full details of how to return your order. If you have misplaced your returns form, please print out your order confirmation and circle the items you are returning with a brief explanation as to why you are returning them. If you are unsure about what you would like instead, or have a particular reason for returning items, we would love to hear from you, so feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Do I have to pay for my returns?
Orders sent to a UK address and sent back from within the UK can be returned using the free postage label included on your invoice. If you have misplaced your returns label, please email email@example.com
Can I exchange an item?
We are very happy to provide a replacement item and all original discounts that were applicable to original purchase will remain applicable to replacement orders too. To replace your item just email us firstname.lastname@example.org and express your wish to exchange an item. Please attach a copy of your purchase order to your email and specify which item would you wish to be a replacement.
How will I know you have refunded me?
Once our warehouse has received your returned items we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 10 days.

How do I wash your clothing?
All of our clothes have washing guidelines on them. You should never wash our technical fabrics with conditioner as it clogs up the pores and stops the fabric from ‘wicking’ the sweat away from your skin.

We source manufacturers and suppliers from all around the world. Please visit our website for more information on our fabrics. We take care to ensure that they not only comply with the Ginger Orange brand guidelines, but also International laws regarding working conditions. All of our Ginger Orange clothes are designed in London, United Kingdom.
What fabrics does Ginger Orange use?
Ginger Orange uses beautiful, performance enhancing fabrics. We select these fabrics carefully not just to make sure you look and feel good, but because they have technical properties to enhance your workout or practice. For more information about our fabrics please visit our website and each individual item.

We will also contact you to let you know our latest news or special offer, however if you do not wish to hear from us we can take you off our list.
